We offer standard delivery options in addition to express shipping. We sent all parcels tracked and signed for, so all items are traceable. Please note, your tracking number usually takes a day or two to update, so please be patient.
We ship our mail on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so standard delivery will take 2-3 working days to arrive after being posted. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Express shipping is available and usually takes 1-2 working days. We can post express parcels any days except weekends. If you have any specific postage requests, just drop us and email and we will do our best to accommodate (email@example.com).
International shipping is also available and we charge by region. Depending on location, this can take 2-3 weeks, but is usually much faster. All parcels are sent tracked & signed for. If you require your tracking number, just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any extra import charges on the purchased items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that while we strive to ensure items are dispatched in a timely fashion we are unable to except responsibility for late delivery as this is beyond our control.

Please enclose your order details in the package. You have 28 days from the order date to return your item. All items must be returned in a saleable condition. i.e with tags, free from odours and dirt with the exception of damaged or defective items.

As a vintage clothing retailer we make every effort to point out potential flaws in a garment within the listing. Some problems such as bobbling and points of wear are to be expected as most of the time these garments are pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
Goods purchased in store cannot be returned to our online returns department and good purchased online cannot be returned in store.
